This kit is able to extract up to 96 patient samples simultaneously. The sample volume we recommend is 250 uL of patient sample per extraction protocol.

Store lytic enzyme mix at -20°C. Store all other components at room temperature (15-25°C).

This kit can be easily adapted to major automation platforms such as Kingfisher, Biomek, Hamilton, and many others.

When using an automated extraction machine, the run time will be 30 mins. Preparation time will vary from 5-15 minutes depending on sample size and liquid handling capabilities. An additional 30 minutes of sample preparation time is required for fungal pathogens.
